Springfield School in Crewe is looking for a dedicated individual to support and deliver learning activities for pupils. The role involves monitoring pupil progress and working closely with teaching staff to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising pupils, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attend to their personal and physical needs while ensuring a safe learning environment. Collaboration with parents and staff is key to this role.
