Job Description & How to Apply Below

Let's be straight with you.
This is a SEND role. The children you'll work with have complex needs - ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN and everything in between. Some days will test you. If that puts you off, this isn't the role for you.
If it doesn't, keep reading.
Simply Education is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work across our partner SEND schools in Crewe. These are schools that do SEND properly. Small groups, tailored support, genuine focus on every child's progress. You won't be a spare pair of hands. You'll be central to what happens in that room every day.
We'll place you somewhere that suits how you work, not just what's available.
What's on offer:
£95-£110 per day, PAYE available
Flexible working, full-time, part-time or ad-hoc days to suit you
Immediate starts available, September roles being planned now
Daily supply, short-term and long-term placements
Temp-to-perm routes available for strong performers
FREE CPD covering a range of SEN-focused courses
Direct support from Josh, Branch Manager, one point of contact throughout
What the role involves:
Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and SLCN
Delivering 1:1 and small group support in line with individual EHCPs and support plans
Helping pupils access their day, academically, emotionally and socially
Building consistent, trusted relationships with children who need predictability
Working closely with class teachers to adapt resources and approaches
Following safeguarding procedures at all times
What we need from you:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND in schools, care, youth work or similar
Calm, consistent and patient approach
Genuine interest in working in specialist SEND, not just looking for any TA role
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Relevant qualifications are helpful but the right experience and attitude will always come first
What Simply Education Offers:
FREE CPD covering a range of SEN-focused courses including safeguarding, behaviour management and specialist SEND training
