Our Career (Rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious environmental engineers (0–2 years’ work experience). You’ll rotate through three 12‑month assignments
, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as:

• Commissioning
• Process Engineering / Process Systems Engineering
• Process Instrumentation
• Plant Operations
• Environmental Health & Safety
• Project Engineering

At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure.

• Hull
• Walkden

• Work on projects that advance sustainability and innovation
• Build technical and leadership skills with mentorship and training

• B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety Engineering
• Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
• Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
• Internship, Co‑op, or Industrial Placement experience is a plus
• Leadership and campus involvement
