Crewe - Pyms Lane Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite International Travel involved - Global

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Vehicle Assessments:
  Take charge during dynamic and static validation events. You will evaluate vehicle readiness, conduct structured in-event assessments, and validate solutions while driving pre-production vehicles.
• Project Delivery:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage weekly project activities. Your insights will help ensure that deliverables are met, and concerns are effectively communicated.
• Problem Solving:
  Utilize your engineering skills to tackle complex design-related issues. Analyze data, identify root causes, and develop strategies to enhance vehicle performance.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Create clear and comprehensive reports detailing test results, concern logs, and validation outcomes. Your meticulous documentation will provide transparent insights.
