Baywater Healthcare in Crewe is recruiting a Helpline Adviser to join our Customer Service team, serving as a first point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals and carers, and helping ensure they receive the support and equipment they need.
This is a varied, on-site, 37.5-hour-per-week role in a supportive environment, requiring adaptability, proactive communication and a genuine commitment to outstanding patient care.
Salary: £26,227.50 per annum;

Permanent contract.
