Nationwide Building Society in Crewe is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, on the phone and online. You’ll handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers toward banking services and digital tools that simplify money management.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with a Saturday schedule. You’ll join a branch team that remains open across 696 nationwide branches, helping customers feel confident and valued in their day-to-day banking.
