About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you'll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults
, and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.
- Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
- Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
- Helping individuals build life skills
, confidence, and independence - Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Promoting a safe, respectful
, and empowering environment
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Flexibility, patience, and empathy
- Experience in a support or care setting is desirable
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and grow - we'll support your development every step of the way!
