Full Time About the Role Baywater Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Physiotherapist
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation to join our growing Clinical Services team, delivering evidence-based Pulmonary Rehabilitation services within the community.. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.

What You Will Be Doing:
Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.

This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist who is passionate about improving outcomes for patients living with respiratory conditions. Working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, treat and support patients with long-term respiratory disease, helping them improve their quality of life through tailored exercise programmes, education and self-management strategies.

You will be working across a combination of community and clinical sites throughout Yeovil, Taunton, Frome and the surrounding areas, providing specialist respiratory assessment, treatment and pulmonary rehabilitation services within patients' local communities.

Essential Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must:
• Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
• Have current or recent experience working at Band 6 NHS level
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to a vehicle for business use
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Possess strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Be able to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a wider multidisciplinary team Highly Desirable We would be particularly interested in candidates with:
• Experience delivering Pulmonary Rehabilitation programmes
• Experience managing patients with respiratory conditions, including COPD, interstitial lung disease and other chronic respiratory diseases
• Community-based clinical experience
• Education, mentoring or teaching experience
• Experience supporting long-term condition management and behaviour change interventions
