HR Administrator Crewe Immediate Start 3 months Your new companyA well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join its busy People team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Your new role As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently and accurately.

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and employment documentation.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems are accurately updated.
  • Coordinating recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and pre-employment checks.
  • Managing HR inbox queries and acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Supporting payroll administration through the accurate processing of employee changes.
  • Maintaining compliance records, right-to-work documentation, and training records.
  • Assisting with sickness absence administration and employee relations documentation.
  • Producing HR reports and supporting HR projects as required.
  • Ensuring confidential employee information is handled in line with GDPR requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using HR systems would be advantageous.
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards a qualification would be beneficial.
