Gap Personnel are expanding, and we’re looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing Crewe branch. Whether you’re an experienced consultant ready for a fresh challenge or a trainee looking to step up, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.

• Supporting the branch to achieve financial and non‑financial targets

• Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Generating new business through confident cold calling

• Arranging and attending client visits

• Managing and improving service levels across client accounts

• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
