The Role – Executive Search As an Executive Search Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-profile leadership assignments for clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting in-depth market research and analysing industry trends Mapping target markets to identify organisations, leadership teams, and talent pools Identifying and engaging senior-level candidates through research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Producing detailed market intelligence reports and candidate assessments Supporting Partners throughout retained search processes Building relationships with high-calibre candidates and industry leaders Delivering strategic insights and progress updates to clients This is an intellectually challenging role that combines research, relationship-building, commercial awareness, and strategic consulting.
