This role spans client service and delivery planning.
You'll work with internal teams to deliver websites and software solutions for a wide range of businesses, from initial brief to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Manage web and software projects for a range of clients
* Plan and coordinate work with internal designers, developers, and testers
* Lead client communication, including progress updates and calls
* Track usage on support contracts and suggest additional services
* Help improve delivery processes and team workflows
* Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales team
Essential:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident managing clients and changing priorities
* Able to explain technical ideas to non-technical people
* Proactive and commercially aware
* Background in sales or client management
* Able to work full-time on site in Crewe
Desirable:
* Experience in a digital agency or software environment
* Familiar with tools like JIRA, Slack, or Microsoft Project
* Understanding of websites, CMS platforms, or web applications
* Degree educated
