Hours:

Monday-Friday, 42.5hour per week

* About the role:

* Primary Responsibilities:

** As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will work in our onsite repair centre and perform various tasks such as:
* Replacing or repairing buttons, ports, batteries, screens, phone casing and other parts of different devices
* Diagnosing faults on devices using visual inspections, manual tests and diagnostic software
* Carrying out repairs with care and attention using magnetic screwdrivers, tweezers and other essential tools
* Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and following all health and safety procedures
* Keeping up to date on the latest devices via our training platform
* Completing quality control checks using a visual inspection checklist and quality control software
* Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures

** To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A keen eye for detail and a desire to always learn
* The ability to multitask and work as a team player
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Previous experience in mobile repair or a similar field
