Learning Management System Coordinator
Location: Crewe (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) |
Contract: Permanent |
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum |
Hours: Mon‑Fri 9:00‑17:00 (flexible) |

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the LMS operations, ensuring seamless user experience across the organisation.
- Provide guidance on LMS use, troubleshoot issues, and maintain open communication channels for feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and update online learning modules aligned with business goals.
- Monitor system performance, generate engagement reports, and recommend enhancements to optimise learning outcomes.
- Facilitate onboarding for new users with training sessions and accessible resources.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies by managing user information securely.
- Work with external vendors or technical teams to resolve system challenges while maintaining high service standards.
- Model the company’s caring values in all interactions with learners, managers, and partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning programmes by gathering user feedback and sharing insights with management.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating LMS platforms in a medium or large organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse teams.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset that supports knowledge sharing and teamwork across the business.
- Proficiency in generating LMS reports and interpreting data to inform decision‑making.
- Commitment to data protection standards when handling sensitive user information.
- Experience designing or updating online learning modules using authoring tools or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and face‑to‑face for users with varying technical levels.
