This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with a care department that has been a key part of the practice for over 200 years. You’ll work alongside a well-respected Head of Department, taking on a caseload of care matters while also supporting the supervision of the team.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor with:
- 3+ years’ PQE in care law.
- A background in private practice, representing individuals.
- Panel membership (desirable) or a willingness to work towards it (essential).
- A commercially aware mindset with strong client care skills.
- Competitive salary with a lucrative bonus scheme:
- 5% of salary once you exceed target.
- 25% of salary for exceeding target by 20%.
- Bonus caps out at 40% of salary.
- Flexible working – three days in the office, two from home.
- 25 days’ holiday (3-5 days to be used over Christmas) plus bank holidays.
- Life assurance (4x basic salary) and additional 24 months’ cover in the event of redundancy.
