Duties:
Its a work from home role. After extensive training you'll be travelling across the Cheshire region delivering on-site engineering support to our own brand of lorry loader cranes, including:
* Regular crane servicing.
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical & software faults on customer sites.
* Performing LOLER inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Providing expert technical support and training to customers.
About Palfinger UK:
We're the official and exclusive UK distributor for the world leading Palfinger lorry cranes and Epsilon construction, recycling and forestry cranes. Our service network is supported by five regional service centres and backed by fifty highly trained specialist mobile support technicians.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Field Service Engineer / Plant Fitter maintaining similar hydraulic lifting equipment such as construction plant, forklifts, agricultural machinery, powered access equipment or taillifts is required.
* Applicants should hold a recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Plant Maintenance or a similar discipline.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
