Homes for Support is looking for an experienced and reliable General Property Maintenance Worker to join our busy team in Crewe. This is a varied maintenance position, working as part of a team. Duties will include general repairs, property improvements and planned maintenance work across multiple sites.

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Basic building and repair work
• Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects
• Responding to maintenance issues efficiently and professionally

• Previous experience and tools for property maintenance, building or a similar hands‑on role
• Good all‑round DIY and maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self‑motivated approach
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Full UK driving licence

• Polish language
