Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Oversee business case development to HM Treasury Green Book, NHSE, and NHP guidance standards.

Monitor progress, escalate risks, and facilitate governance meetings.

Produce high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and work streams.

Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

Champion continuous improvement and best practice in project management.
