Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to develop new build houses, specifically 2/3/4 new build timber frame units. This is an excellent opportunity to work with well-established house building organizations, delivering family homes to an exceptional standard.

Duties Required:

  • Deliver projects within time & budget
  • Material call-offs
  • Co-ordinate staff ensuring they carry out their required roles in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Effective Health and Safety Management
  • Ensure the achievement of project targets
  • Maintain quality control checks
  • Deal with challenges on a day-to-day basis
