Actio Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company in the Crewe area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated machinist to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality components for a diverse range of industries. The varied nature of the work means you'll be involved in a wide range of projects, making this a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

* Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines

* Manufacturing precision-engineered components to customer specifications

* Working from engineering drawings and technical documentation

* Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections

* Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

* Ensuring machines and work areas are kept clean and safe

The Ideal Candidate

* Time-served CNC Turner

* Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
