Are you a CNC Machine Operator looking for a secure, long-term role within an established manufacturer, with structured hours, plenty of work available and the chance to develop your skillset on brand-new machining equipment?
On offer is a permanent position with a well-established, family-owned global manufacturer, where you'll be properly supported with training and the opportunity to build towards higher-level Setter responsibilities over time.
The company are known for precision manufacturing and high-quality components for demanding industries, and they continue to invest in their equipment, processes and people. As a result of continued growth and ongoing investment, they are now looking to add to their machining team.
In this role you will set up and operate CNC machinery using preset programs, make minor approved adjustments, complete in-process inspection checks, and carry out routine machine care, keeping production running safely and consistently.
This role would suit a CNC Operator from a manufacturing background, looking for stability, training on modern equipment, and clear development routes into setting and longer-term progression.
The Role:- Operating CNC machinery using preset programs
- In-process inspections, recording results and flagging defects
- Mon-Thu 07:00-15:00, Friday finish 12:45 (some overtime available)
- Experience operating CNC machinery
- Able to read technical drawings and carry out basic inspection checks
- Wanting clear development routes into setting and longer-term progression
