An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team at Crewe Medical Centre on a permanent basis.

• 30 hours per week over 5 days, open to negotiation.
• Salary dependent on experience.

• Practice Nursing duties including chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD), cervical screening, contraception, minor ailments, health promotion and wound management.
• Provide patient care in a community setting and support the GP team.

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualified.
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Preferably with Practice Nursing experience; training may be provided for the right candidate.

We are a team of 5 GP partners supported by salaried GPs, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant, Pharmacist, Clinical Practice Nurse (CPN), an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner, a Link Worker and administrative staff. We have a current list size of approximately 11,100 patients, including a higher than average number of people affected by deprivation.
