- Deliver professional nursing care in line with NMC standards and CQC requirements.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
- Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring best practice is maintained.
- Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audits and compliance processes.
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Minimum 2 years nursing home experience
. - Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements
. - Experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
- Full-time role – 36 hours per week.
