5) to join the Cheshire East South 0-19+ team, based at Eagle Bridge Health and Wellbeing Centre. The role covers Crewe and Nantwich and supports the School Nurse team.
You will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, manage safeguarding caseloads, and contribute to multiagency meetings, with supervision and development opportunities within a friendly, flexible NHS environment.
