You’ll be supporting the Store Manager at our Miranda store to lead your team and create a store experience that’s bursting with energy and imagination. It’s all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small!

This Part‑time (20‑25 hrs) role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
• Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
• Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.
