£28k (experience dependent) with uncapped commission (OTE up to 40k-45k)

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Outbound Sales Executive to join one of our longstanding clients, based in Crewe.

The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for calling customers and closing deals, earning commission for conversions while receiving continuous product training and sales support to help drive success.

You’ll be part of a vibrant sales team where hitting goals is the focus, and there's a focus on celebrating success, and where your team will help you progress.

Requirements
  • Must have at least one year experience in an outbound sales role
  • Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
  • Naturally positive communicator - a real people person, who is a problem solver and has the ability to multi task
  • Confident in their own ability and enthusiastic to succeed
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy
  • IT Literate and Competent with Excel
  • The ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
