Radius is seeking an Account Manager – SME to join our Crewe team. You will manage in-life customer relationships, renewals and drive upsell opportunities in a fast-growing area of the business.
Based in our Crewe office, you will use CRM tools to maintain data, collaborate with network partners and deliver excellent after-sales service. A-level or equivalent and 2+ years in a customer-facing role are required.
