Security Officer - Securitas (Crewe, UK)

Pay: £13.56 per hour.

Hours:

10am - 10pm, Monday to Friday, 12h shift. Grade:
Site Based.

We are hiring a Security Officer. The role involves patrolling, searches, record keeping, communication, and customer service.

• Active Patrols:
  Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
• Thorough Searches:
  Conduct detailed searches, following company policies and procedures.
• Detailed Record-Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations.
• Effective Communication:
  Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
• Exceptional Customer Service:
  Provide outstanding service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

• A valid SIA licence.
• Physically fit for patrolling of site.
• A full UK driving licence; access to own vehicle essential.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
