With decades of experience and a trusted name in the supply and installation of high-quality uPVC windows and doors, we are working with a leading player in the UK’s fenestration industry. Work with major house builders and housing associations to deliver professional, compliant, and high-standard installations across new build and social housing sectors.

Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join the team and take ownership of installation projects across Lancashire and Crewe and surrounding areas.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple installation sites, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands‑on role for someone with experience managing fast‑paced uPVC window and door installations, ideally in the new build or social housing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and motivate installation teams on site
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring full site compliance
  • Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and schedules
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks on installed products
  • Resolve site issues and ensure swift communication with project managers and head office

Report on project progress and maintain accurate site records

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in site management within the fenestration industry
  • Strong understanding of uPVC window and door installation processes
  • Experience working on new build and / or social housing projects
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
