RASASC Cheshire & Merseyside is looking for a passionate, skilled and committed Family ISVA to join our team supporting children, young people and families impacted by sexual violence.
This is a vital frontline role providing specialist support, advocacy and crisis management to survivors and their families. We’re seeking someone who:
Qualifications & Experience- Has a strong understanding of the impact of sexual violence
- Has experience working with trauma, vulnerable children, young people and families
- Can confidently assess and respond to risk and need
- Has excellent listening, communication and report writing skills
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage a complex caseload
- Understands safeguarding, equal opportunities and professional boundaries
- Is IT confident and able to manage case records accurately
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to a car
Desirable experience includes working with survivors of sexual violence, knowledge of the Criminal Justice System, ISVA qualifications and relevant degree-level education.
