What you will do
  • Work directly with children, young people, and families to deliver tailored and targeted support
  • Provide early help and family support interventions in line with agreed plans
  • Offer practical guidance around parenting, routines, boundaries, and family relationships
  • Identify emerging safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately to protect children’s wellbeing
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals to deliver coordinated family support
Requirements
  • Experience working with children, young people, and families within a support or early help setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively in the community
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and family support frameworks
  • Commitment to improving outcomes for children and families
