About you

You will be passionate about working with young people who have experienced care and be committed to supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.

  • An understanding of trauma‑informed approaches and child development (or willingness to develop this knowledge)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a range of professionals and partner agencies
  • A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel across the borough
