Honeycomb Group is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer to provide high-quality, person-centred housing support across Cheshire East. You will assist individuals in supported accommodation and independent tenancies, helping them gain stability, confidence and independent living skills.
You will attend the Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent each Friday and collaborate with local services to achieve positive housing outcomes for vulnerable clients.
