Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their potential and thrive as they move into adulthood? Join our Care Leavers Team as a Personal Advisor and play a key role in supporting young people aged 16 to 25 across Cheshire East. Working within our corporate parenting responsibilities, you'll build trusted relationships with care-experienced young people, helping them develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to live independently and achieve their goals.

Support young people as they transition into adulthood Help improve outcomes in education, employment, training and housing Work closely with social workers, housing providers, health professionals and partner agencies Make a lasting difference to the lives of care leavers across Cheshire East If you're committed to empowering young people and helping them build positive futures, we'd love to hear from you.
