, we’re expanding our team and recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers to support our TJX operations.
You’ll be employed on a full‑time, permanent contract, working 48 hours per week on a fixed Friday to Monday rota. Start time bands are 04:00‑07:00 and 07:00‑10:00
.
Our 24/7 Crewe site supports three TJX operations, meaning your work will be varied and engaging. Duties will include trunking, store deliveries and collections from third‑party vendors.

- Safely and efficiently transport goods between TJX sites
- Complete collections from third‑party locations
- Use hand‑held scanners to complete all required tasks
- Follow planned routes via hand‑held devices to support our commitment to reducing bridge strikes
- Ensure full compliance with all driving legislation and company policies
- Maintain stock and seal integrity at all times
- Carry out thorough pre‑ and post‑vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required as part of the role
- A full UK driving licence with category C/C+E entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
- Full induction programme including Site induction, Manual handling, SSOW training, RTITB training
- Buddy shifts provided during initial training
- Support from a dedicated compliance team to help you succeed day to day
