First Group Internal is looking for a Rail Replacement Coordinator in Crewe, a field-based role focused on customer service and operational efficiency. You’ll ensure safe and timely rail replacement bus operations and deliver excellent customer support.
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, mainly on weekends, and involves physically demanding tasks. Ideal candidates will demonstrate great communication skills and a commitment to safety while managing passenger needs.
