Absolute Recruitment is looking for hardworking and reliable Sorters to join our client’s busy team in Crewe. No experience? No problem – full training is provided!

This is a 7‑day operational site, so weekend availability is essential.

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

• Weekdays:
  Day – £12.64 /hr | Afternoon – £13.24 /hr
• Weekends:
  Day – £13.24 /hr | Afternoon – £14.31 /hr

You’ll be working inside a cold‑store warehouse, handling and sorting food products safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stock and inventory sorting
• Ensuring correct placement of products for dispatch
• Maintaining food safety standards
• Following detailed instructions accurately

• A chilled working environment (to keep products at the right temperature)
• Some repetitive tasks with heavy lifting
• A crucial role in the supply chain – your attention to detail makes a difference!

• Can commit to working some weekends
• Have good spoken and written English
• Are reliable, motivated, and can follow detailed instructions
• Work well independently and as part of a team
