Job Description Crieff Care Dental – Associate Dentist (General Dentist)

Crieff Care Dental is a well-established and growing dental practice located in Crieff, Scotland. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our friendly and supportive clinical team, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, mixed practice environment with a strong emphasis on private dentistry growth, alongside an established NHS base. The role offers excellent earning potential, clinical autonomy, and long-term career development within a supportive setting.

• Established and growing patient base with high demand
• Majority private workload (approx. 70% private conversion by clinicians)
• Highland Dental Plan patients included
• Associate rate: 50%
• Strong diary utilisation with opportunity for rapid book growth
• Supportive and experienced clinical and practice team
• Flexible scheduling with late-night finishing options (except Fridays)
• Opportunity to develop both NHS and private clinical skills

• Start date: ASAP
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexible late nights available, except Friday)
• Growth-focused / book build opportunity

You will be a dedicated and clinically confident dentist with:

• GDC registration and eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience or interest in mixed NHS/private dentistry
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• A proactive approach to treatment planning and private conversion
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
