Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a CAD Technician to join an experienced technical team and contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects.

You will work closely with engineers and technicians to produce accurate drawings, support project delivery, and ensure documentation is maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate 2D AutoCAD technical drawings for Civil and Structural projects
  • Supporting reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling
  • Coordinating and maintaining project documentation and drawing registers
  • Ensuring all outputs comply with relevant standards and specifications
  • Collaborating with engineers on live project delivery
  • Actively engaging in training and professional development
Requirements
  • HND or Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction-related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in CAD drafting / technical drawing
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
  • Right to work in the UK
