$70,000 - $85,000 per year

This hybrid role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to join a leading company in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all property accounting operations, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and financial analysis.

• Oversee all property accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Utilize Yardi software for property management accounting and reporting.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and reports.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline accounting processes and procedures.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local legal requirements, advising management on needed actions.
• Assist with annual audits and provide necessary information to external auditors.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management.
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Extensive experience with accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency in Yardi software is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
