We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with at least 10 years of field experience to oversee construction sites from mobilization through completion. This role is key to ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will manage subcontractors and in-house crews, maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on site.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, who handles office-side responsibilities such as estimating, budgeting and scheduling, while you focus on execution in the field.

• Lead all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate all trades and subcontractors.
• Maintain site-specific quality control (QC) and daily reporting.
• Order and track materials; review and approve submittals.
• Conduct product inspections to ensure specifications are met before sign-off.
• Maintain accurate records of on-site labor and headcounts.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and weekly progress meetings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer PMs and maintenance supervisors.
• Ensure site compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Utilize field software and systems management tools to document and manage workflows.
• Work closely with the Project Manager for coordination of schedules, materials, and reporting.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction or site management.
• Proven ability to manage job sites independently and effectively.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and internal crews.
• Familiarity with QC reporting and daily site reporting processes.
• Competent with construction software tools and systems management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and project stakeholders.

• Company laptop and phone will be provided.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required based on project location.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong asset.
