Speech Language Pathologist SLP – Full‑Time

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Crofton is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy department. The role focuses on helping residents recover from surgeries, regain strength after illnesses, prevent falls, and maintain independence in daily life.

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Establish patient understanding, expectations and goals for treatment.
• Provide counsel to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.

• Active state SLP license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary $43 – $46 per hour.
