Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic individual to join our growing team as a Chiropractic Scribe. This team member will also be cross-trained to support our Physical Therapy area and assist at the front desk.
Responsibilities- Accurately document patient visits and treatment notes in real time for the doctor
- Help prepare treatment rooms and assist patients with rehab/therapy exercises
- Greet patients, manage scheduling, process payments, and answer phones as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with computers/electronic health records
- Interest in healthcare or wellness a plus (experience in chiropractic, PT, or medical office preferred but not required)
- Full-time or part-time, flexible hours (includes some evenings)
