Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Crofton | Crofton, MD
$33–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a COTA to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake 'll help residents turn therapy goals into everyday progress by practicing the activities and routines that matter most to them.
What You'll Do- Provide treatment under plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Help residents practice self-care tasks and use adaptive strategies
- Observe progress, document treatment, and share updates with the OT
- Work with the care team to support residents throughout their recovery
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
