Job Summary:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required for long-term care facility in Crofton, MD. Contract/Per Diem position with variable schedule and day shifts.

• Active LPN license in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehab
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• COVID vaccination card
• Valid photo
• NIH(ASA) clearance
• 2 supervisory references

• Provide and coordinate direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and record patients’ health conditions and vital signs
• Communicate changes in patient condition to healthcare team
• Supervise CNAs and other staff to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all care provided
• Support infection control, safety, and patient rights policies
