Job Title:
Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float - MC Address:
Crofton, MD
- Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and medications in a clinical setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs, identify abnormalities, and document responses.
- Conduct routine assessments to evaluate patient health and well-being.
- Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources.
- Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
- Document patient medical history, including illnesses, medications, allergies, surgeries, and family history, using electronic health records.
- FT clinic hours, includes every other weekend.
- Onsite as needed.
- Remote option not applicable.
- Must adhere to safety and compliance standards.
- Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in the U.S.
