Zadoon is hiring a Heavy Equipment Territory Manager to own and grow our Mid‑Atlantic region.
This is not a corporate sales role where you’re just a number.
Zadoon’s outside sales team is intentionally small, meaning this role has real influence
. You’ll work closely with ownership, have a voice in how we grow, and help shape what success looks like as the company expands.

What You’ll Be Doing- Owning a multi-state Mid‑Atlantic territory as Zadoon’s primary field presence
- Building direct relationships with contractors, fleet owners, and decision‑makers
- Inspecting and evaluating equipment in yards and on job sites
- Sourcing machines for purchase or consignment and matching equipment to demand
- Managing your pipeline in Salesforce from first contact to close
- Collaborating with inside sales, marketing, and operations to close deals smoothly
- You’ll spend most of your time in the field

- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment, construction, or equipment sales
- Comfort evaluating iron and working in yards and on job sites
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
- Competitive, self‑driven, and disciplined with follow‑through
- Someone who wants to build something long‑term, not just chase transactions
- Base salary + commission (total compensation range $75 K–$200 K)
- Uncapped earning potential
