As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial ERRCS, DAS, BDA Foreman & Technicians to join our team and to lead and inspire our installation crews on commercial and residential projects.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERRCS, DAS, BDA Foreman / Technicians to oversee the turnkey installation of fire alarm systems on-site. You’ll lead a team to ensure compliance with codes and standards, and be a key player in ensuring projects are completed on time and to standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of ERRCS,, DAS, BDA installations
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, local codes, and AHJ requirements
• Oversee on-site safety and enforce company policies
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and customers
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and final inspections
• Maintain accurate documentation for each project
• Train and mentor juniors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in installation of systems
• Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred

· Familiarity with protocols and code requirements

· Ability to successfully install systems from start to comissioning.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously

· Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation, scheduling inspections, and coordinating materials

· Experience with project tracking software or digital job management tools

• NICET Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of NFPA and local applicable codes
• Experience with systems from manufacturers like Honeywell.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and organizational skills
