CNC Machining Operator -1st Shift

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour–$23.00/hour(dpending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

This role supports CNC machining operations by performing daily machine tasks, monitoring equipment, and assisting with basic production activities. Candidates do not need prior machining experience but should have a strong mechanical aptitude and previous manufacturing exposure. This assignment is urgently needed with an immediate start, and has the potential for extension or conversion.

• Perform general machining tasks on CNC machines
• Monitor machine operation and follow established processes
• Assist with basic production duties as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Support team needs to meet production goals

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to learn machine operation and follow instructions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
