PrimaryPurpose
Asset Protection Associates are responsible for providing a secure destination to shop for customers, a safe workplace for associates, and protecting company assets for the continued success of our stores.
Duties and Responsibilities- Investigating loss of assets including merchandise, money, and property.
- Preventing loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics.
- Ensuring safety and security for assigned stores.
- Monitoring and implementing shrink reduction strategies.
- One year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/asset protection.
- Ability to write detailed reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation-related information.
- High School Diploma or GED.
